Releasit Encap-HydrOx is a total carpet cleaning system that handles a wide range of carpet care needs.

Releasit Encap-HydrOx is an environmentally friendly product. It's formulated with a special hydrogen peroxide-stable encapsulation polymer that crystallizes beautifully. Encap-HydrOx adds OXYGEN to the cleaning to loosen organic-based soil and remove browning. Encap-HydrOx can be used in a wide variety of cleaning applications. Unlocks protein soil form the fiber. Brightens the carpet naturally (NO Optical Brighteners).

Releasit Encap-HydrOx combines a HIGHLY ACTIVE hydrogen peroxide detergent blend with a special crystallizing polymer. The crystallizing polymer captures soil. The encapsulated residue that is left in the carpet following cleaning can be extracted from the carpet during the routine post-vacuuming process.

Releasit® Encap-HydrOx Dries To A Crystal:

The unique crystallizing encapsulation polymer (CRYSTALON3) in Releasit Encap-HydrOx resists re-soiling. The micro-encapsulated soil particles will not reattach to the carpet fiber. Carpets that are cleaned with Encap-HydrOx stay clean longer than with traditional detergents.

Dries to a crystallized residue. No rinsing is required. Non-sticky encapsulated residue will not attract more soil. Carpets stay clean longer. Safe for stain-resist, and all synthetic fibers.

DISINFECTION:

CLEANING DIRECTIONS:

Shampoo Encap Method: Mix Encap-HydrOx at 10 oz per gallon of warm or hot water. Apply with a coarse tip sprayer or with a shower-feed solution tank. Scrub the carpet thoroughly making overlapping passes with a Cimex, rotary, or cylindrical brush machine. Rinsing is not required. Vacuum at the next scheduled vacuuming interval.

Traffic Lane Pre-Spray: Mix Encap-HydrOx at 12 oz per gallon. Apply with a pump or battery-powered sprayer using a coarse spray tip. Apply a heavier amount in more soiled areas. Allow 5-10 minutes of dwell time.

Hot Water Extraction: Mix Encap-HydrOx at 1-2 oz per gallon in portable extractors. For truck-mounts mix 1
quart per 5 gallons of stock solution.

Protein/Organic Spot Removal: Mix 1 part Encap-HydrOx with 3 parts water. Apply a liberal amount of the spotting mixture to the spot. Allow 5-10 minutes of dwell time. Blot with a towel. Rinsing is not normally required.

Upholstery Shampoo: Mix Encap-HydrOx at 10 oz per gallon of warm or hot water. Apply evenly using a coarse tip sprayer. Brush the fabric gently with a horsehair brush or equivalent SOFT bristled brush. Gently towel off the upholstery or extract with a clear water rinse.

Browning & Ice Melt Treatment: Mix Encap-HydrOx at 20 oz per gallon. Spray the affected area thoroughly. Allow 10 minutes of dwell time. Clean using minimal moisture, and dry the area quickly!

Encap-HydrOx fixes calcium chloride ice melt in carpet

Here's an efficient and simple way to deal with the problem of calcium chloride residue in carpets. Ice salt causes headaches for cleaners up where the white stuff piles up during the winter months. Releasit Encap-HydrOx can easily tackle the residue problems associated with calcium chloride.

Calcium chloride is commonly used in place of salt for melting ice and snow. Calcium chloride is hygroscopic (readily takes up and retains moisture). If you attempt to clean it with an alkaline detergent it will turn to calcium hydroxide (lime). The white powder residue from calcium chloride will track through the building; and since it attracts moisture, the residue can rapidly cause intense soiling. It is imperative to remove calcium chloride as quickly as possible.

A simple remedy for dealing with ice melt residue in carpet:

1. If the carpet is dry, vacuum slowly and thoroughly.
   If the carpet is damp, blot and/or bonnet clean with microfiber bonnets.
2. Apply Encap-HydrOx following the "pre-spray" dilution on the label.
3. Brush ample Encap-HydrOx into the carpet, and allow 10 minutes of dwell time.
4. Extract and/or bonnet clean (with microfiber bonnets) using Encap-HydrOx
