General Product Returns
Please make sure that the defective items are returned in the original packaging and in the condition you received them. A full refund will be applied to the purchase price of the returned item. We will even cover your return shipping costs in the event of defective or failed items.

Equipment Returns
All equipment and ramps need to be re-packaged securely and shipped back to Excellent Supply via a freight carrier. When returning equipment, items must be in new "unused" condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Upon inspection of the machine, approval can then be made for a refund. Credit for the purchase price of the unused item will be issued. Costs for the return freight and shipping insurance on equipment returns are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

IF THE EQUIPMENT GETS USED: Equipment that has been used may not be authorized for a refund. If a refund does get issued, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied, because the returned equipment will then need to be resold as a "used item".

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on any item that is not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Customer use, abuse, wear, or damage to an item will also void a refund.

Stolen/Missing "Delivered" Packages
Excellent Supply is not responsible for any package that was confirmed to be delivered; but got stolen from your porch, became misplaced, damaged by weather, or teleported by aliens.
