* The carrier may issue a refund for shipping costs if an expedited shipment does not arrive on time. However, please note that expedited shipping guarantees are often rendered void by uncontrollable events such as severe weather, natural disasters, or labor strikes. If you require an item to arrive by a specific date, keep in mind that there is a possibility it may not arrive on time, and unfortunately, there may be no way to avoid this.
"DAYS OF TRANSIT" EXPLAINED
A shipping day is the time a package takes in transit during one business day. For example: if your order ships on Wednesday, the transit time from Wednesday to Thursday would be considered one shipping day. If your order ships on Friday, the transit time from Friday to Monday would be considered one shipping day.
DROP SHIPPING
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer’s location. When available, we will forward any tracking information provided by the manufacturer. However, please note that not all vendors supply tracking details for drop shipments.
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Most equipment orders, as well as larger items and pallet orders require freight shipping. Freight shipments can be shipped to your local freight terminal, or to a COMMERCIAL location that has a loading dock or a forklift. Freight companies will issue surcharges for deliveries to a non-commercial address, or for the use of a lift-gate. You can also select home delivery with lift-gate for an additional $200. Please call us to arrange delivery (727) 821-2020.
STOLEN/MISSING "DELIVERED" PACKAGES
Excellent Supply is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but later stolen from your porch, damaged by weather, misplaced, or —just maybe— teleported by aliens.
