Ground Shipping:
Ground orders placed before 3PM eastern (for in-stock items) will normally be shipped on the same business day.
Expedited Shipping: Express, Overnight, and 2-Day orders placed before 2PM eastern (for in-stock items) will normally be shipped on the same business day.

DROP SHIPPING
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer’s location. When available, we will forward any tracking information provided by the manufacturer. However, please note that not all vendors supply tracking details for drop shipments.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
Most equipment orders, as well as larger items and pallet orders require freight shipping. Freight shipments can be shipped to your local freight terminal, or to a COMMERCIAL location that has a loading dock or a forklift. Freight companies will issue surcharges for deliveries to a non-commercial address, or for the use of a lift gate. FedEx, UPS, and USPS Ground Shipping times are simply "ESTIMATES" (and are not guaranteed by the carriers).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING EXPLAINED
Only expedited FedEx and UPS services are guaranteed: Such as Express, Overnight, and 2-Day services.

DAYS OF TRANSIT EXPLAINED
A shipping day is the time a package takes in transit during one business day. For example: if your order ships on Wednesday, the transit time from Wednesday to Thursday would be considered one shipping day. If your order ships on Friday, the transit time from Friday to Monday would be considered one shipping day.

STOLEN/MISSING "DELIVERED" PACKAGES
Excellent Supply is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but later stolen from your porch, damaged by weather, misplaced, or—just maybe—teleported by aliens.
