Odorcide Pro Renewal for Flood & Fire (Gallon)

Odorcide Pro Renewal is a restoration concentrate for fire, smoke and flood-damage odors, including odors trapped in carpet backing, drywall and furniture cushioning. It comes as a 1-gallon concentrate applied by sprayer or fogger.

Features

• Direct contact. The treatment has to physically contact the odor source, which means saturating absorbent materials deeply rather than lightly spraying them.
• Two dilutions. Mix 8 oz per gallon of water for charred surfaces, or 2-4 oz per gallon for smoke residue and water damage.
• Sprayer or fogger. Treat rooms, carpet, upholstery, drapery, furniture and walls directly with a sprayer, or fog an entire space at once.
• One concentrate, three damage types. Handles charred surfaces, general smoke residue, and water or flood damage.

Directions

• Prep. Remove unattached items, ventilate the area, and dry water-damaged surfaces as much as possible before treating.
• Apply. Apply the diluted product to affected surfaces, saturating absorbent materials deeply enough to reach the odor source, then air dry (fans or dryers speed this up).
• Fogging. Remove people and pets, cover sensitive items, close windows and doors, and follow the fogger manufacturer's instructions.
• Compatibility notes. Effectiveness decreases with chlorine solutions, so avoid combining the two, and test fabrics for colorfastness before full application.
