We cleaned over 20,000 sqft of custom made imported wool carpet at the world equestrian hotel and it went flawless. These pads were delicate enough for wool yet stood up to the beating and did a great job. Highly recommend
These are the best pads I’ve found for the Cimex. I’ve never talked to my sales rep, Tanoah, but despite all my orders being made digitally they’re incredibly communicative and occasionally include product samples. Very good customer service.
The pads arrived quickly and they are very high quality pads with great service.
Quick service, great products always.
The best encap product on the market!!!

Great pads and I couldn’t believe how fast they arrived. Thanks.
My crew love these. They have taken out some very bad spots and seem to hold up well.
Cleaned 12,000 sqft of lightly soiled carpets with only 1 case of pads!
We use the pads because we have a machine that uses the pads.

Works great on Upholstery residential and commercial. The 17" is very effective on residential for pre-agitation . On commercial it is a great Encap pad.

Grey pads I really like the grey pads. They are very durable and don’t shed like the lighter colored pads. I will use these from now on. Wish I would have gotten these years ago.
