Step 1: Document & Ship Your Machine

Before sending your CRB machine, please take several detailed photographs of its current condition. This helps us understand any visible issues from the outset. Carefully pack your machine using ample bubble wrap and ship it to our facility via UPS. Secure packaging is essential to prevent further damage during transit.

Step 2: Receive Your Diagnosis & Quote

Upon arrival, our technicians will conduct a comprehensive inspection and diagnostic teardown to identify all necessary repairs. This initial diagnostic fee is $75. Based on our detailed evaluation, we will provide you with a precise repair quote. Should you approve the proposed repairs, the $75 diagnostic fee will be waived, and we will proceed with restoring your machine. We aim for quick turnaround times, with estimates typically provided within 24 to 72 hours, depending on our current workload.

Step 3: Receive Your Repaired Machine

Once the repairs are complete and your CRB machine has been thoroughly tested to ensure optimal functionality, we will ship it back to you via UPS. Our goal is to get your equipment back into service as quickly and efficiently as possible, operating at its peak performance. Please note that we exclusively service authentic Austrian-made CRB machines.
