When a CRB starts making noise, binding up, losing power, or simply isn’t running the way it should, it doesn’t necessarily mean the machine is finished. Years of moisture, cleaning chemistry, and hard use can take their toll on bearings, gears, housings, motors, switches, wiring, and other components.

CRB Garage is our complete repair service for authentic Austrian-made CRB machines. You ship your CRB to us, we diagnose the problem, provide an estimate, complete the repairs you approve, thoroughly test the machine, and ship it back insured.

The goal is straightforward: get your CRB back into dependable working condition and extend the useful life of the machine you already own.

• We service the entire CRB machine: Bearings, gears, corrosion damage, motors, switches, wiring, power cords, housings, hardware, and other mechanical or electrical problems. We’re not limited to one or two common CRB repairs.
• You approve the repair before we proceed: Once we inspect the machine, we’ll tell you what it needs and provide an estimate. The diagnostic fee is $50 and is normally waived when you authorize additional repair work.
• Genuine Austrian-made OEM parts are used: When parts need replacement, we use genuine components made for these machines.
• Your CRB is tested before it comes home: After completing the approved repair, we reassemble and thoroughly test the machine before shipping it back.
• Return shipping is insured: Your repaired CRB is returned by UPS with shipping insurance included.

Getting Your CRB Repaired

We only need the machine base, so please do not send the handle. Pack the base carefully with plenty of bubble wrap or other protective material, and we strongly recommend insuring your inbound shipment.

Once the CRB arrives, our technicians take it apart as needed and inspect the areas that may be causing the problem. That can include bearings, gears, housings, motor components, switches, wiring, the power cord, and hardware affected by corrosion.

You’ll typically receive an estimate within 24–72 hours. The diagnostic charge is $50 and is normally waived when additional repair work is approved. We complete only the work you authorize.
