Releasit Encap-Basic is an economical encapsulation detergent designed for professional carpet cleaning in both commercial and residential settings. It uses Crystalon3 encapsulation polymer to surround and crystallize soil for vacuum recovery, allowing removal after drying without rinsing. Compatible with a wide range of commercial cleaning equipment and methods, Encap-Basic delivers maintenance-clean results between deep cleanings with a near-neutral pH and fiber-safe formulation.

Features & Specifications

• Encapsulation Chemistry & Soil Capture: Crystalon3 encapsulation polymer surrounds and encapsulates soil, forming a crystalline residue that remains suspended and is vacuumed away during post-cleaning; soil is not dissolved by the detergent.
• No-Rinse Crystallizing Residue & Wicking Control: Dries to a non-sticky crystallized residue that can be vacuumed up, eliminating the need for rinsing and helping reduce wicking and recurring stains.
• Dilution, Mixing & Application Rates: Encap method dilutions: 4 oz per gallon for light soil, 6 oz per gallon for medium soil, and 8 oz per gallon for heavy soil. Traffic Lane Pre-Spray: 16 oz per gallon. Bonnet/Pad method: 8–10 oz per gallon of warm or hot water.
• Equipment Compatibility: Cimex machine, rotary machines up to 175 rpm, bonnet cleaning, oscillating pad / orbital machines, counter-rotating cylindrical brushes (CRB), spot cleaning, and upholstery applications.
• Fiber Safety, pH & Soil Resistance: Near-neutral pH when diluted; safe for synthetic fibers, stain-resistant nylon, and most wool; formulated to resist resoiling and extend carpet cleanliness between deep cleans.
• Drying & Post-Clean Performance: Dries to a crystallized, non-tacky residue that is vacuumable; the crystalline encap residue supports post-clean recovery and contributes to longer intervals between deep extractions.
