Releasit Encap-Basic (1 Gallon) is an economical encapsulation detergent engineered for routine commercial and residential carpet maintenance. Powered by Crystalon3 encapsulation polymer, it surrounds soil and dries into a brittle residue that vacuums out without rinsing.

Features & Specifications

Mixing & Dilution: Encapsulation cleaning uses 4 oz (light soil), 6 oz (medium soil), or 8 oz (heavy soil) per gallon of water. For traffic lanes, pre-spray uses 16 oz per gallon; bonnet/pad cleaning uses 8–10 oz per gallon of warm or hot water.
Encapsulation Technology: Crystalon3 encapsulation polymer surrounds soil and forms a dry, brittle crystal for easy removal during post-cleaning vacuuming.
Anti-Wicking Performance: Dries non-tacky without leaving sticky residues, helping prevent spot re-emergence and soil-attracting residues.
pH & Fiber Safety: Near-neutral pH when diluted; safe for synthetic carpets, stain-resistant nylon, and most wool fibers.
Equipment Compatibility: Ideal for Cimex counter-rotating machines, 175 RPM rotary buffers, orbital/OP units, counter-rotating brush scrubbers, bonnet pads, spot cleaning, and upholstery.
