Releasit Encap-Basic (4 Gallon) Low Cost Encapsulation Detergent

When a carpet program is priced on cost-per-square-foot, every dollar in the chemical budget matters. Releasit Encap-Basic is a low-cost encapsulation detergent built for commercial programs that still need a clean, professional finish — without the sticky residue which attracts dirt like a magnet.

Features

• CRYSTALON3 encapsulation polymer. The same polymer used across the Releasit line surrounds soil and dries to a brittle crystal, which means it can't re-attract dirt the way sticky shampoo residue does.
• No rinse step. Soil is recovered through routine post-cleaning vacuuming, which means fewer passes and less water used on every job.
• Dilution matched to soil level. Mix 4–6 oz/gallon for light-to-medium soil or 8–10 oz/gallon for heavy soil, which means one container adjusts to the job instead of carrying two products.
• Works across common encap equipment. Compatible with Cimex machines, orbital scrubbers, CRB machines, 175 RPM rotary scrubbers, and bonnet or pad methods, which means it fits the equipment crews already run.

What's Included

• One 4-gallon container of Releasit Encap-Basic concentrate

A citrus-scented, pH 8.5–9 formula safe for stain-resistant carpet, colorfast wool, and synthetic fiber (test for colorfastness before cleaning) — built to keep a cost-conscious program looking professional.
