The BrushEncap TM5 is a commercial-grade, 20-inch counter-rotating brush (CRB) machine built for large facilities, commercial carpet, ribbed entry mats and hard surfaces. Dual counter-rotating brushes at about 470 RPM lift soil and prepare the surface for encapsulation chemistry, and the package ships ready to run.

Features

20-inch cleaning swath. Covers up to 4,000 sq ft per hour on commercial carpet — which means fewer passes across large open floor areas.
Stainless steel chassis. Holds up to daily multi-site commercial deployment without rusting.
Dual counter-rotating brushes at 470 RPM. High-torque agitation lifts flattened pile while scrubbing soil free from synthetic fibers.
Low-moisture, multi-surface use. Suited to encapsulation carpet care, ribbed mats and tile/grout agitation.
800W motor, 110V/60Hz, drawing about 8 amps; operating weight approximately 63 lb.

What's Included

1 set of standard blue bristle brushes
2 Renovator soil recovery trays
1 transport dolly
1 gallon of Releasit encapsulation detergent
