Transit Days Explained: A shipping day is the time a package takes in transit during one business day. For example: if your order ships on Wednesday, the transit time from Wednesday to Thursday would be considered one shipping day. If your order ships on Friday, the transit time from Friday to Monday would be considered one shipping day (UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays, USPS sometimes delivers on Saturday).

Expedited Shipping Explained: Only expedited UPS services are guaranteed by UPS. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air shipments can be expected to arrive in the allotted number of business days. All other shipping times are only "estimates". For example, a USPS Priority Mail 2-Day shipping option means the shipment has an "estimated" transit time of 2 business days; however that transit time is not guaranteed by USPS.

STOLEN/MISSING "DELIVERED" PACKAGES
