I've been involved with the commercial cleaning industry since I started my first cleaning business "Pioneer Maintenance" back in 1982, when I was 21. In the following years, I searched high and low for a more efficient way to clean commercial carpets. We tried everything to solve commercial carpet cleaning problems. That quest eventually led me to discover the encapsulation carpet cleaning method — combining a crystalizing encap detergent with the Cimex. As a result, we developed Releasit encapsulation detergents.
