Heavy soil in grungy traffic lanes can slow down the whole job. For operations that use Encap-Punch regularly, the 55-gallon drum keeps a bulk supply ready for daily carpet care. Encap-Punch is a 3-in-1 integrated encapsulation detergent that works as a traffic-lane pre-spray, a bonnet or pad cleaner, and a hot water extraction rinse detergent.

• Makes about 642–935 total ready-to-use gallons: A 55-gallon drum makes approximately 935 RTU gallons at the light-soil dilution, 759 RTU gallons at the medium-soil dilution, or 642 RTU gallons at the heavy-soil dilution.
• Matches the dilution to the soil: Mix 8 ounces per gallon for light soil, 10 ounces for medium soil, or 12 ounces for heavy soil.
• Leaves no sticky residue behind: CRYSTALON3 surrounds soil particles and dries to a crystal that cannot attract other soil. The encapsulated soil particles can then be removed through normal routine vacuuming.
• Helps reduce wicking and recurring spills: Any encapsulated soil residue left in the carpet after cleaning can be recovered during routine post-vacuuming.

Traffic-lane pre-spray: Shake well before using and mix with hot water. For light soil, mix 8 ounces per gallon of water. For medium soil, mix 10 ounces per gallon. For heavy soil, mix 12 ounces per gallon. Apply as a pre-spray and allow 5–10 minutes of dwell time before cleaning.

Bonnet or pad cleaning: Mix 8 ounces per gallon of hot water. Apply with a coarse-tip sprayer to thoroughly dampen the carpet. Scrub the carpet with overlapping passes using a damp, clean bonnet or pad.

Hot water extraction rinse: For truckmount extraction, mix 40 ounces per 5 gallons of stock solution. For portable extractors, mix 1–2 ounces per gallon of hot water.

Encap-Punch carries the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval for use as a carpet pre-spray. It has a concentrate pH of 8.7, a fresh citrus scent, and is safe for colorfast wool and all synthetic carpet fibers. Always test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before cleaning.

Drum ordering and delivery: Allow approximately two weeks of lead time for drum orders. The drum ships by freight and must be delivered to a commercial location with a loading dock or forklift. Mix the drum contents regularly to maintain consistent performance.
