• Releasit Encap-Basic (4 Gallon) Low Cost Encapsulation Detergent

Some maintenance accounts are driven by end-use cost, but the carpet still needs a detergent that cleans and dries without leaving a sticky residue. Releasit Encap-Basic is made for those price-sensitive commercial carpet programs.

• Matches the dilution to the soil: Mix 4-6 ounces per gallon for light to medium soil or 8-10 ounces per gallon for heavy soil.
• Uses genuine CRYSTALON3 polymer: The same encapsulation polymer used in other Releasit detergents surrounds soil and dries to a crystal that cannot attract other soil.
• Requires no rinse step: After cleaning, vacuum during the next scheduled interval to recover the encapsulated soil.
• Works across common encap equipment: Use it with Cimex machines, orbital scrubbers, CRB machines, 175 RPM rotary scrubbers, and bonnet or pad methods.

Shake well. Mix Encap-Basic with hot water at the rate that matches the soil condition. Scrub thoroughly with overlapping passes. A light whitening of thin foam is sufficient. On heavier sections, make additional scrubbing passes without applying more solution. Rinsing is not required.

Traffic-lane pre-spray: Mix 12 ounces per gallon and apply with a coarse-tip sprayer. Encap-Punch may also be used according to its label. Bonnet or pad cleaning: Mix 8-10 ounces per gallon, apply with a coarse-tip sprayer, and scrub with overlapping passes using a damp bonnet or pad.

Recurring spills: Mix one part Encap-Basic with two parts water. Spray the spill and brush the solution through the affected fibers. The concentrate pH is 8.5-9, with a fresh citrus scent. It is suitable for stain-resistant carpet, colorfast wool, and synthetic fibers. Test for colorfastness before cleaning.
