Hardwood Floor Refinisher from Basic Coatings is an easy way to revitalize your finished hardwood floors. Simply clean, apply and let dry for a refinished new wood floor.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Step 1 (Clean): Vacuum or mop debris off the floor. Next, clean the floor with Squeaky Cleaner from Basic Coatings and a microfiber mop. This step may need to be repeated to thoroughly clean the floor. Allow the floor to dry.
Step 2 (Apply): Rock product several times to mix contents. Squirt the Basic Coatings Hardwood Floor Refinisher onto the floor and spread evenly across the floor using a clean microfiber pad. (Pre-dampen the microfiber pad with water before using and wring it out very tightly to expel as much water as possible. This preps the pad for finishing.) Work in small sections and smooth the product out in the direction of the wood grain.
Step 3 (Dry): Allow floor to dry for a minimum of 1 hour before walking on the floor. Wait 24 hours before heavy traffic and furniture replacement. A second coat may be applied after 2 hours.
The system is a double-urethane coating that provides up to 500 square feet of coverage per quart.
