Releasit Encap-Clean DS2 (1 gallon) is a concentrated, low-moisture encapsulation detergent designed for high-production commercial carpet maintenance. It encapsulates soil into a crystalline residue that is vacuumed away during post-cleaning, enabling fast dry times and ongoing soil resistance. Compatible with Cimex, CRB, orbital, rotary/swing machines, bonnet/pad cleaning, and upholstery encapsulation tasks for efficient, daily maintenance.

• Dilution & Mixing: Dilute at 4 ounces per gallon of water. This concentration is designed for most synthetic carpet fibers and safe for most wool, enabling effective soil encapsulation without over-wetting.
• Coverage & Production Rate: Approximately 300 sq ft per gallon of diluted solution. Typical production rates with compatible equipment (e.g., Cimex) run around 2,000–3,000 sq ft per hour, depending on soil conditions and system setup.
• Encapsulation Chemistry: Built around Crystalon3 encapsulation polymer to surround soil and hold it in suspension as it dries, forming a crystalline residue that is removed by post-vacuuming rather than requiring residue rinsing. This encapsulation reduces soil-attraction on subsequent passes.
