Before You Ship: Start by submitting a CRB Garage Service Request [SUBMIT BUTTON ABOVE]. 

Shipping Your Machine: Send your machine to our facility via UPS. We only need the machine base—please do not include the handle. Pack the base carefully using plenty of bubble wrap and other protective material. We also strongly recommend insuring the shipment.

Inspection and Estimate: Once your machine arrives, our technicians will take it apart and perform a complete diagnostic inspection. The diagnostic fee is $75, but we’ll waive it if you approve the repair.

Turnaround and Updates: You’ll typically receive an estimate within 24–72 hours. We’ll keep you updated throughout the repair process.

Repair and Testing: Our trained technicians will complete the necessary repairs using genuine Austrian-made OEM parts. We’ll then thoroughly test your machine before sending it back.

Return Shipping: Your repaired CRB machine will be returned via UPS with shipping insurance included.
