That's where we will start! These guys did not have in stock my original purchase (called to tell me, then quickly offered a solution of an upgraded product at 0 charge)
Second, after i made a mistake of ordering the wrong stuff, they split the cost of me returning the items as well as not charging anything more to correct MY mistake!
I am just learning more and more about lo moisture and have been trying and using different pads and products. When it boils down to where I will be purchasing more pads/ bonnets, etc... as i learn more about lo moisture carpet cleaning (hint: EXCELLENT SUPPLY)
