HOS Double Pole On/Off Switch #1005-03

I ordered a few items, but only received a few of the items and in the package there was an explanation note stating that there were a few parts on back-order an that the rest were going to be shipped to me ASAP. Along with that, the sent me a package of hot tamales (I think that's what they are called). The note looked to be handwritten, which i thought was pretty cool and the feeling that they care about their customers just by doing those small simple things. Anyway, I think the service is great! I am on my third order from Excellent supply now and that is, because I liked the way I was treated the first time.
