    The grommets worked perfectly, fixed the problem I had which was the brushes keeps falling off.

    These little rubber grommets for the Cimex are a necessity. We run one machine in our rug cleaning pit all day, 5 days a week. The amount of moisture and stress these things are under from a thick wool rug is tremendous and so they were out from time to time. On our other machine that never goes in the rug pit the grommets last as long as the pad drivers do so no problem there. Getting them from excellent supply is great too because of the awesome customer service.
